friendly staff diverse selection limited water hallway noise

The staff was friendly. They assisted with directions and offered local recommendations. The breakfast had a diverse selection of fresh fruits and pastries , with many options.

My room lacked soundproofing , and i could hear noise from the hallway early in the morning. The bathroom was small , and the shower had limited water pressure.

air conditioner leak broken keyboard

The air conditioner leaked. My tablet sat near it while charging. The keyboard broke due to water damage. The staff promised compensation, but they have not responded since I left. This lack of communication is rude.

mold in shower musty odor

I faced a notable issue with the room's cleanliness. i found that the bathroom's cleanliness was substandard. There was visible mold in the shower. the room had a musty odor, it was quite unpleasant. these issues detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the hotel's high rating.
